Along the way, I earned my Master’s in Education from Vanderbilt, but some of my most profound lessons have come from lived experience, especially as a longtime caregiver. I’m the mom of three sons, one of whom has an intellectual and medical disability. That journey has stretched me, broken me open, and also taught me more about resilience, love, and renewal than any classroom could.

These days, I live in Portland, Oregon, with my husband of 30 years and our two muppet-like Havanese dogs, who think their job is to follow me everywhere. Our boys are young adults now, and while caregiving still informs my daily life, I have found enormous joy in this season. I support women through coaching, co-hosting The Things We Know podcast, and leading retreats for women who are worn out from keeping up appearances and long to start showing up in ways that feel real and fulfilling.

I believe the best chapters of our lives are not behind us; they are the ones we choose to write next.

I’m Kari Morin, a master-certified transformational life and empowerment coach, retreat leader, and podcast host.

My path here wasn’t linear. I started in education and nonprofit leadership, where I had the privilege of learning from incredible mentors who taught me what it means to serve with both compassion and clarity. Those years shaped how I show up as a coach today: no-nonsense, deeply human, and committed to helping women reconnect to their passion and identify their unique gifts.
